Kyla O Kelly, YSI Board Member

Kyla O Kelly is a Board Director of Javelin, one of Ireland's leading independent Advertising Agencies. Part of the senior management team driving the agency vision and teams forward, she also leads business for several key clients at Javelin. Alongside Brand communications and Advertising output she is a keen advocate of excellence in Data-led customer experience strategies and by embracing them to add real value to the client's bottom line. She enjoys hugely the agency planning and creative processes, and is a firm believer in the power of great creative ideas to change customer behaviour. Prior to Javelin, she lived and worked in Brussels, firstly training at the European Commission followed by communications roles with an independent EU policy debate specialist. Kyla is a graduate of TCD, a busy mum of 2 and lives in Dublin.
